Business ADSL
Business ADSL services are contention based services and as a result do not have guaranteed data throughput service levels. Net Solutions are committed to providing a business grade service and aims to achieve minimum expected throughput levels that provide your end users with business grade throughput levels (non-SLA based). It is to be expected that the throughput for any service will vary over time with changing numbers of concurrent users accessing the service.
If a non-contended service is required that provides guaranteed data throughput, Net Solutions recommends the purchase of Premium SHDSL services. For Business ADSL services, it is to be expected that the service will provide between 50% - 90% of the line speed for a majority of the time.
Static IP addresses are provided for all business grade products so that hosting of your own Mail Servers, Websites and Intranet is possible.
Net Solutions Uses a secure backbone network which can also support office-to-office data connectivity and VPN (Virtual Private Network Solutions) so that you can access your office data from home using secure technologies.
Business ADSL services are contention based and use ADSL access tails that are supplied using the Layer 2 Telstra service.

Data throughput minimum expectation:
256Kbps / 64Kbps at minimum should provide 16KBps (128Kbps)
512Kbps / 128Kbps at minimum should provide 32KBps (256Kbps)
1.5Mbps / 256Kbps at minimum should provide 96KBps (768Kbps)
