  • Daily Offsite Backups:

    Backups are the cornerstone of our Application Maintenance service. If your application has a critical error, fails or crashes, it’s imperative to have an up-to-date backup of your website. Our automated backup service takes the load off your mind by running scheduled backups.

    Our backups are stored off-site and are retained for 30-90 days depending on your plan.

  • Daily Security Scans:

    We perform daily server-side security scans on your site to make sure it is clean and free of any malware, viruses or trojans using Imunify360 and custom developed scripts. 

    We also perform a blacklist check with a number of services like Google Safe Browsing, Norton Safe Web, ESET, etc. 

  • 24x7 Uptime Monitoring:

    Uptime monitoring saves you time worrying about what your website is up to. It notifies our support team if your website goes down, giving us a good chance to fix the problem before it becomes critical.

    Your website is checked every 5 minutes from multiple geographically displaced locations.

  • PHP Updates:

    PHP, like any software, has a fully support lifecycle. It goes through different phases, from the initial release to its eventual End-of-Life (EOL). Understanding the active support lifecycle and EOL PHP version is essential to ensure you use the most secure and updated version. Also, if applications run on outdated versions of PHP, frequent crashes and bugs are some of the things you can expect. What if I need Support?

While Application Maintenance takes care of all the regular proactive tasks to keep your site healthy, what happens when your website doesn't work like it should or something breaks? This is where Application Support comes in, having someone to call upon when you need help.

Our Standard, Premium and Enterprise plans all include a fixed amount of monthly support hours. This is great when the need arises. If you exceed the monthly support hours for a given month, we will bill you at a reduced rate of $99/hour for the remainder.

Our Basic plan has no included support hours, however you can still request support at a reduced rate of $99/hour.

All our support is provided by 100% Australian resources via Email.
