How does it work?

Prior to the commencement of any work we must have access to your site, usually via cPanel, FTP or CMS. All requests need to be submitted via our Client Area. You provide details of requested changes and updates and you can attach any supporting material via file attachments.

When you submit your request you will receive an automatically assigned ticket number via email so you can track the progress of your request. You can submit as many requests as you need. We record the time spent to fulfil each request in the ticket information.

If you have urgent requirements we also offer a priority service.
