We use a number of suppliers both in Australia, United States and Singapore using high performance CPUs, ECC Memory and NVMe storage using KVM technology.

Our Australian based cloud servers are housed in the NEXTDC B2, M2, P1, and S1 facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. The environment is physically secure, carrier neutral, and redundantly powered along with a diesel generator on-site.

Infrastructure Management

All servers are monitored by a Network Operation Centre 24 x 7. If there are any issues with Power, Network Connectivity or Server Hardware, our staff will work around the clock to resolve.

Operating System

Management of the Operating System is provided by Net Solutions staff. We support most Linux operating systems including the latest stable versions of Cloudlinux™, Ubuntu™, Debian™, AlmaLinux™.

Control Panel

We are able to install and configure cPanel and CyberPanel. We will handle the configuration and ongoing software updates to keep them secure and bug free.

Applications

We are able to support most third-party applications such as Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP). Additional support is provided for MariaDB, Exim, Postfix, Dovecot, Amavis, Spamassassin, Clamd, DNS Bind, DNSMasq and FTP.

Configuration

We have very strong expertise in configuring and installing IPTABLES and CSF firewalls. fine tune and configure Apache modules, PHP modules etc.

Daily Backups

For peace of mind we offer full server snapshot backups or application and data backups. Backups can be configured to be taken daily, weekly, monthly, or any combination thereof.
